Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main square and pedestrian street. The hostel is also close to local bus stops, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations. The dorm rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds with lockers for storage.
The sheets provided for the beds were too small and kept moving around while sleeping, which made for an uncomfortable night. The hostel also lacked clear rules regarding lights and noise, resulting in a restless sleep when sharing a room with other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The value for money was great, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. The staff, including Mickey and his son Marco, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!
The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe with more variety.

During my recent stay at Hostel Sova, I had a great experience overall. The location was perfect, as it was close to most of the city's attractions, making it easy to explore Novi Sad. The facilities were good, with clean rooms and a simple kitchen available for use. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea provided, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff member who could speak English was very helpful and solved any issues that arose during my stay.

Great location, everything within walking distance. Lots of attractions and bars nearby. the landlords were friendly and helpful. the hostel had a nice concept with a spacious living room, TV, balcony for smokers, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The room we stayed in was noisy as it was located next to the entrance. the blinds didn't block out the morning sun, causing the room to be bright early in the morning.

The rooms at Sova Hostel are cozy and welcoming, with a desk and chair that made it easy for me to work on my travel blog. The wardrobe was spacious enough to store all my belongings, keeping the room tidy. I also loved having a private bathroom, which was clean and had a refreshing shower.
Personally, I found the shared fully equipped kitchen to be a bit busy at times, but others might enjoy the social atmosphere.

The location was sick, right near the Danube and the Petrovaradin Fortress where we partied at the Exit festival. We also took rad trips to Fruška Gora National Park. The TV and DVD player in our room kept us entertained when we needed a break. Plus, they even allowed for kids under 3 years old.
If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more options for young party animals like us. Maybe some organized pub crawls or late-night activities to keep the fun going!

Stayed close to the famous festival and enjoyed the spacious common area with free TV and computers. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and museums, and the property had free WiFi and nearby parking.
I just loved cramming into a tiny room with no personal space and queuing forever for the one shared shower and toilet. So much fun!

The location was mind-blowing, smack in the city center! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were jaw-droppingly clean and spacious, with nets for mosquitoes! They even provided towels! And when they arranged for me to stay at a nearby and better quality hostel, I was blown away by their customer service.

I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and charming decorations of the hostel. The common areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating, which made it feel like a home away from home. As a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the hostel, with well-lit hallways and sturdy handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around the building.
I would have liked to see more activities or social events catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized tours or activities specifically designed for us.

The location of the hostel is ideal, being right in the center and easy to find. the staff member who is present all the time is a helpful presence, even though she only speaks Serbian. Guests also have access to free coffee and tea.
Limited bathroom facilities, with only one shared shower and toilet for multiple guests, leading to long queues and wait times.

I had a fantastic stay at this cheerful and colorful hostel in a superb location. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with very affordable prices. the staff was extremely pleasant and forthcoming, always willing to help. the hostel had a great concept with a big living room, nice kitchen, and three bathrooms. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance including the Danube, Petrovaradin fortress, and many bars. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely choose this hostel for my stay. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.
